All items are shipped UPS Ground. Please allow 7-10 days to receive the item after we ship it. Shipping costs are calculated realtime with the online UPS Rate Server according to weight and destination Zip Code.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with any product from The Rolling Shelf you
may return it postage paid within 15 days of receiving it for a refund
of your purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible
for the shipping costs and you must receive a return authorization number
before shipping the product back. You are human, occasionally you will
make a mistake measuring your cabinets. We recommend measuring twice.
Call or E-mail us with the correct information and get a return authorization
number. Send us the product back postage paid within 15 days of receiving
it, we will get the proper size shipped out at no additional charge. We are
humans and occasionally we make mistakes. If we make a mistake on any item
simply email us 15 days of receiving it . We will get the correct size shipped
out along with a pre-paid label to return the incorrect item postage paid.
